Captivating Moments
A thoughtfully renovated 1,700 sq. ft. residence in Varkala for Mr. Bimal Raj. A contemporary tropical residence designed with a strong horizontal form, natural stone textures, warm timber screens and lush landscaping. The façade balances privacy and openness through screened openings, deep projections and shaded balconies, while the surrounding greenery creates a calm Kerala character. The result is a refined modern family home that feels elegant, functional and closely connected to its tropical setting.
